[MUSIC] My music tracks don’t sound right on Spotify

If you have delivered a release but the tracks do not sound right on the service then we advise that you have a read of this article relating to mastering and loudness at Spotify. If you need to make any changes to your masters, then please do so, issue a full asset update and allow for the SLG timelines for the update to reflect on the client.

 

If you have delivered a release and the tracks are cutting out earlier, the tracks are in the wrong order or there are other playback related issues then please check your source files to make sure things are ok on that end, issue a full asset update and allow for the SLG timelines for the update to reflect on the client. If after the SLG the issues still persist, then log a support request with the operations team.
