If you have delivered a release but the cover art does not look right in the CMS or it is missing entirely then we advise that you make sure the cover art is up to spec, then redeliver the release with full assets. There’s more info on cover art at How should I format my cover art?
Once the cover art shows correctly in the Catalog Manager, your update should take effect within 2 business days. If it doesn’t, then please submit a support request.
