[PODCAST] I cannot see my show on the platform, who do i contact?

There are a few reasons as to why a show can appear to be missing from the client:

  1. Check if we have these show requirements and if your show is up to our Podcast Delivery Specification found here
  2.  The podcast may have been removed by the creator via the host
  3. We may have received a duplicate submission which led to a takedown identified by the creator

AVOD do not action takedowns however if we may escalate if we receive this type of request. If your show has been removed, you can contact us with a show URI and we will refer onto the correct team.

 

Tip: If you have received an email referring to a takedown which includes the claim number, please email AVOD Ops with this information and the relevant team will be in contact shortly.
