If you are unable to see your show/ episode in the search results and you can visit the show/episode via an open link on the client, it may be due to the lack of data/analytics required to bring your listing to the top of the search results.
This is usually the case for new content in indexing as there can be a lot of results populated within the search on the client. This means that the content is live and accessible, however not appearing in the top results of the search. If you scroll further down the list, you should be able to locate your title.
After this point, if you are still experiencing the issue beyond a few days, feel free to email AVOD Ops and we will investigate further.
